    All about the Heroes of the Faith.

    Join us on the trip of a lifetime that will allow parents and their junior high/high school-aged students to learn alongside each other as we study amazing heroes of the Christian faith. This is a trip specifically designed for parents to bring their 13-18-year-old students with them as you both experience learning together.

    What better way to mold their faith than to walk alongside them as you immerse yourself in the stories of men and women who were used by God in a mighty way–leaders such as C.S. Lewis, William Wilberforce, John Bunyan, William Carey, Susanna Wesley, and more.

    Deepen your faith and your relationship with your student as you both engage in interactive activities throughout the trip that will allow you to thoroughly enjoy learning and have fun, too!

    Why Travel With Cornerstone?

    1. We offer immersive trips that allow parents to join their students on a journey of discovering God’s world;
    2. We provide optional model curriculum for families to use in the year leading up to the trip so that the student has a deeper understanding of the places they visit;
    3. We infuse faith throughout the trip so that students and parents gain a deeper understanding of how God works in history;
    4. We make it fun! We fill the trip not only with wonderful educational learning opportunities but also create fun, memorable moments for parents and students to share;
    5. Our trip leaders are seasoned travelers who will make your trip enjoyable, safe, and fun;
    6. David has led hundreds of students on travel-study trips as a professor and Dean of Global Studies at Dallas Baptist University (he now serves as the Provost of Tusculum University);
    7. Nicole is a former elementary school teacher who now homeschools their three kids and has led them in learning exercises in 5 different countries!

    Meet your trip leaders

    David and Nicole Cook have been married for 19 years and homeschool their three children (ages 13, 10, and 8). They have a heart for helping parents and students dive deeper in their faith and use the medium of travel to create a space for discipleship and growth.

    We have crafted this trip with parents and students in mind!
